The evening begins with a welcome cocktail on the hotel’s Lobby Terrace, where a black carpet and a dedicated backdrop provide the perfect setting for guests to capture memorable photos.
Guests will then indulge in a specially curated four-course dinner, crafted in collaboration between our Executive Chef, Paolo Della Corte, and Guest Chef Gabino López from Sonora Grill. Each course features a signature creation from both chefs, perfectly complemented by wine pairings from Tres Raíces and an interactive mixology experience showcasing exclusive cocktails by Condesa Gin.
To conclude the night, guests are invited to the Wine Bar to savor farewell cocktails in a relaxed and elegant ambiance.
